If you have opted for the “using own towels” discount, then you will need two large bath towels (large enough to wrap yourself in and cover your chest and thighs at least).
I will bring everything else, including a table that requires enough space for me to move around it. For safety reasons, the space should be at least 3m large and 4m long of clear floor.
Finally, on colder days, I plug in a mattress toper to keep you warm, so I will need access to an outlet (I bring my own extension lead).

A full body massage typically includes your neck, back, arms, legs and feet.
During our initial consultation, you can let me know what would make you feel comfortable, what you find challenging when receiving a massage, and what areas of your body you do or don’t want me to massage. It might sound cliché, but your massage appointment is a real “you-time”, and I want you to feel empowered to set your own boundaries so you can reap its full benefits.

If you have chosen a full body massage, you just need to wear comfortable and covering underwear (boxer shorts are ideal really) under your normal clothes, and I will leave the room once I have set up the table for you to get ready.
For a back massage, you can wear any comfy clothes and keep the bottom on.

What type of music do you find particularly soothing? If you’re not a fan of traditional spa music, let me know. We can also just play your own!

I generally use sweet almond oil, which is really good for sensitive or irritated skin, but if you are allergic to nuts, I also carry apricot kernel oil, great for prematurely aged, dry or sensitive skin.
-
I use a blend of 2 to 3 essential oils maximum in a small pebble diffuser, chosen specifically to help alleviate the symptoms of stress. However, if the smell of essential oils makes you want to run away, let me know! I just won’t use it.

I can adapt my table with supporting bolsters and pillows to make sure you are not in any discomfort. It may take a little figuring out, but once we have the perfect set up for you, I will make a note of it so we can recreate your ideal cocoon at every follow up appointment.
